R. Naomi Millner is the Administrative Assistant at the Law Office of Ruthann P. Lacey, P.C. Naomi receives most of the incoming calls and emails for the firm, schedules client and professional appointments, drafts letters, and maintains supplies and office technology, all while preserving confidentially for the Firm s clients.
Naomi was born in Winston-Salem and grew up in High Point, North Carolina. In high school she was active in Cheerleading, Spanish Club, and the Upward Bound Program at North Carolina A&T State University. In her junior year Naomi realized her passion for the legal field while participating on the Speech and Debate team. Naomi moved to Atlanta and earned her B.A. in English Literature at Clark Atlanta University. While a student at CAU she participated in many extra-curricular activities including Pre-Law Society, Spanish Club, and the English Literature Club. In 2008 Naomi was chosen to be one in a select group of young women to participate in the Georgia White House Project, which enables college women to recognize their potential by working with female legislators. Naomi attended hearings and meetings with State Representatives in districts across Georgia.
Naomi has a passion for learning and embracing new experiences. She enjoys taking trips with her friends, listening to a variety of music, reading novels and critiques, attending live theatre, going to museums of art and history, cooking, shopping, and most importantly going home to visit in North Carolina where she spends time with her family and friends.
